Default Can I use a tent blind during flintlock season?

It is raining pretty hard here, which makes firing a flintlock very challenging.
It got me to wondering, can I use my pop up tent-like blind during flintlock season?
At least then I and my powder could stay dry.
I don't think I've seen a rule against it but figured I would ask around.

It's fine, in fact I may pop one up today as well.
There is a requirement of a 100sq inches of orange visible for 360 degrees to mark it's location during the firearm season.
Don't think it's required during flintlock, but not sure, particularly in areas that have extended shot gun seasons. It's not a bad idea regardless.

I'm a big fan of lots of bright orange. I have a large swath of orange nylon I picked up a fabric store, I am able to cover the whole top of the blind with it.

I was surprised at how far you can see orange. I was up on Buckhorn Mountain (Pike county SGL 183) for regular firearms and we watched a guy walk across a valley and into the woods on the othe side. We could still spot him 800+ yards deep into the woods thanks to his good orange.

Of course I better be careful not to set it on fire if I get a shot. Darn thing blows a lot of flame and sparks when it goes off.
