    Default Form 1 CLEO in Upper Merion

    Does anyone know if this will be a problem for me? Any past experiences with UMPD?

    good luck. a friend of mine had to take the cleo to court, now that was several years ago things could of changed. i live in upper darby township, our cleo sucks. hes total anti gun so he wont sign, the sherrif at the media courthouse signs with no questions. i got incorporated so i dont need sig/prints/ photo... all you do is sign on the dotted line, the transfere is faster too, about a month. my friend got his back in under three weeks.... good luck

    Success. I spoke with the CLEO and he signed my Form1. I can now begin construction of my SBR USC ala UMP.
