    Default Suppressed 300BLK question

So I got my first suppressor coming - the dealer mailed in the paperwork and everything today, so I should see it sometime between February 7th and May 7th (hearing 2-5 months for Form 4s now). I got it for my FN SCAR 17S - its an AAC 762-SDN-6, but was apparently designed for 300BLK (39 dB reduction) while working well for 7.62x51mm (25 dB reduction).

So now I want to get a 300BLK host to use with the suppressor as well. But I'm not sure what I should look into.

    A) 9" AAC MPW Upper for my SBR'd Colt M4 LE6920?

    B) Ruger Mini-14 in 300BLK?

    C) Remington 700 in 300BLK?

Do the short barrel upper. Doesn't have to be that one but the the 300 blk is meant to be shot from a shorter barrel

If I go with an SBR upper, I'm going to get the AAC one. They designed the round, so I figure they'll make the best uppers for it.

I have a used Mega billet / AAC 9" barrel upper with a Samson EVO rail on it that I used with my sbr & 762-SDN-6. I'm getting out of 300 blackout. If you have any interest in that, or reloading gear for the caliber, please shoot me a PM.

I have the 9" AAC upper and it's great but now I know how to build my own uppers and if I could do it again I'd build my own for much cheaper.

I have a 10.5" Radical Firearms AR SBR that I have but I am also VERY interested in getting a Ruger American Ranch in 300 Blackout. They are priced very nice and from the videos and posts I have seen online they are a nice quality bolt action rifle if you are interested in that.

I'm pretty darn happy with Palmetto, lots of good short uppers on their site in .300 for not a lot of coin. My .300 upper is a 10.5" with a full length quad rail. Sure, if money is no object go nuts, but the ammo isn't cheap unless you reload (and I don't), so money saved on the upper can get you more ammo to actually run through the thing.

I think you'd have to ask what the purpose is going to be. You can't hunt with a suppressor in PA, so unless you just want a bolt gun, can't see the point there as subsonic 300 BO has the ballistic arch of a mortar and has no legs as a cartridge.

The Mini 14, well, I guess it depends if you are into that sort of thing.

The AR probably makes the most sense.

    Since when?

I thought suppressors were legal for hunting in PA.

Uh the purpose of a 300Blk SBR w/ can is to go PEW PEW and hear the steel go DING DING.

Yes, you can hunt with a suppressor in PA with a non-semiauto
