SCOTUS says Chicago (any) government can ban certain weapons
As I understand it, a doctor in Chicago took the city-imposed ban to the supreme court, which declined to hear the case, stating a government may exclude guns by type (paraphrased).

Not since the Dread Scott decision has the SCOTUS made so many wrong decisions.
It is not gun control reform that is needed, it is government control reform that is needed.
