    Default Field & Stream Store....blah!

Checked out the new Field and Stream store in Camp Hill.
Not particularly impressed by inventory or prices. Purchased a box of 30 - 06 Remington ammunition at a decent price, only to learn at the cash register is that a mail in rebate is required.
All said, no better inventory or prices than Bass Pro, Gander Mountain, Dick's, Trops or Kinsey's.....
    Time and money wasted.

If you guys ever travel east from Lancaster, check out the new Sportsman's Shop in East Earl. I stopped in yesterday and was impressed with their indoor range, inventory and reasonable prices. Service was good too... I left with a Henry, .30/.30...

It looks like they're building a new FuddMart in Monroeville, on Rt. 22 east of the Turnpike in the plaza across the parking lot from Giant Eagle. There's some log framing going up on the side of a large empty commercial building that's being renovated. No problem; it's just as easy to ignore two local stores as one.

I had never heard of an "upper decker" before Dick's/F&S and poofa. If ever a place deserved it....

the problem is most big stores use the comercial toilets that dont have tanks, so just leave it on the floor I guess lol
