    Default Glock 42 Problem?

I have a Glock 42,(380), about a year old. At 7 yards it shoots low to the left. I figure maybe it's me. So I stood 9 feet away and aimed dead
center of a 2 inch circle. All 6 bullets hit 1 inch away with very tight group from the circle at 8:00 o'clock.

Using my SW M&P 22 and Shield 9mm. All shots were dead center. Any ideas?

Have you passed it off to anyone and replicate the issue? I'm not a Glock Boy by any means but accuracy has never been an issue with any of mine.

I have not yet given it to someone else. I practice daily at home with the Shield and Glock using a 9mm and 380 laser cartridge. The shield is still right on but not the Glock. I thought it could be the laser but now I don't know.

I have heard this issue many times with the 42. From what I hear the issue is with your grip I would first do what steel city said and let someone else try to it and see if it replicates. It may replicate with the other shooter to if the grip is still not correct because the grip is so small and thin the pistol is turning during the trigger pull. Now this is only what I have hear no personal experience but there are posts and videos all over the net with the same issue.

I get that this sounds counterproductive, but try *more* finger. Meaning shoot it with the trigger more toward your first finger joint. Sometimes in thin guns it helps in pulling straight back on the trigger instead of rotations the gun during firing. YMMV and all that.....
I don't watch shark week. Sharks watch FLICK week.

I can see the size causing it to rotate in the hand a bit during the trigger pull. Do you have mag extensions to get your pinkie onto the grip? I could really see it his if you were only holding on with two fingers on the grip. I don't have a 42 but I do have a 43 which I shoot with extensions which help with the grip on such a tiny gun.

    I'll try the "more finger".

I do have and use with and without mag extensions.

Low left consistently is a sign of trigger slap.
