The training may be genuine, but the video makes it look hokey. I don't wanna dis them too much cuz I don't want that guy to track me down and stab me in the perineum.

That was what I was thinking..Some of the techniques looked sound but the video needs work if they want to come off a little more professional..I was also wondering if they were using live ammo..hopefully they have some good protocols in place if they do....
