    Default Beretta 1951

Numerich is selling them for $249 C&R. Seems decent price. I got one a while back or I'd probably jump on it Cheaper than a Helwan - lol.

I haven't seen these imported for years. Nice pistol but fair to good condition (and as is) scares me.........

    What could go wrong???
I forgot how much I missed the slang from the 70's and 80's: "Bite me, dig?"

Numerich is reputable and they are built like tanks. If I got another, I'd clean and oil up then use some of my oxpho blue to touch up the finish a little while still keeping it looking original. For the price, I'd take a chance.

I had a Helwen back in the day. One of the few handguns that the ergonomics hurt my hand to shoot (which is why I don't have it today). Otherwise I've always liked the looks. It is so...cold war.
