So stop doing business with them and convince others do the same. Why support getting big govt involved?

already shelled out $300 bucks for a "membership." he has my money and if i stop going i have nothing.

i used to tell people to check out the place because i wanted it to succeed so that id have a place to shoot. now i want it to crash and burn and leave the owner broken and bitter with his wife and child abandoning him.

$300. Fuck it. That is a small amount to pay to have assholes out of your life.

    I only charge $200 (;

Yelp reviews might help put pressure on the owner.

i finaaly had a chance to go to ICA's outdoor range. They need to spend money on cleaning the place up. Weeds allover the place. The buidlings need repaired. They still have the "Greater Pittsburgh" sign on the building.

I purchased a one month membership to use the outdoor range. I put new glass on 3 rifles, worked up a new liad for 2 and wanted someplace to shoot that didnt take me an hour to get to.

The guy (manager? John) was a decent guy to talk to. We bullshitted quite a bit before i got set up to shoot.
I shot a couple times at the 100 yd range and once at 200.
I was a member out there 10 years or so ago and on a scale of 1 to 10 from what it was before, I'd have to go with about a one.
Trash everywhere, the same empty hulls and casings i walked 10 years ago. Steel targets placed on top of berms. A couple beer cans laying around. The old tiered shooting stations on the 400 were barely visible and the roof of the 100 looks like it was starting to collapse.
Given all that, I would join in a heartbeat for half of what they charge.
I think they are waiting to see what becomes of the cease and desist order by the township before expending anything to clean up, repair anything or upgrade anything.
Its a place to shoot and shoot out to 450 or so.
Jason isnt out there and to be honest, he treated me ok when i bought a pistol at the first store and i have no issue with him.
Of course, i had no issue with Tex either and he was taken over the coals by many but treated me well.
$300 is just too much money. i would probably go $150 if i knew it would stay a viable range.
Its half the distance of PMSC and thats big for me.

Getting back to the thread that everyone references, I guess I would think not every exchange between the guy who had an issue and the owner was presented. We all have a tendency ti present our side somewhat biased to suit our arguement.

Jason treated me well. John was a pleasure to talk to. The only complaint i have is the cost for only using the outdoor facility and the fact that its a shithole now with no apparent cleaning up.
    I applied at Collier.
Opinions are like anal apertures. They all stink but mine.
