Re: Holding guns for friend who may get a PFA
I don't know how the PSP rolls on this or your particular brand of yocal, but there are some muni departments who will ask your buddy where the many things in the "not a registry-registry" with his name on them are if they are not as his house when he goes out. Have a lawyer or a good answer at hand.

Re: Holding guns for friend who may get a PFA
Is there any other way you could state that? I'm having trouble understanding what you are saying. I get the pa state police illegal registry refrence. It's the your buddy and the they are not at his house when he goes out part. Are you talking about the guy with the pfa or the safe keeping guy? Are you suggesting safe keeper have a safe or pfa guy not having guns when served the pfa? Wouldn't all the safe keeper paperwork cover everything?

Re: Holding guns for friend who may get a PFA
I think he is saying the Sheriff/cops are going to ask the PFA guy, "Where are your guns?" "I lost them in a boating accident" isn't going to work. If you are holding the guns, they may come see you to verify. Then, of course, any legal considerations (real or imagined by the police) will come into play.
