    Default P30sk - Fair Street Price ?

I've been looking for a nice subcompact handgun and have read nothing but good things about the HK P30sk and I'm interested in buying one. I've visited different spots in the Philadelphia area and have seen a price range of 630 to 1000 for this gun. I've bumped into a few websites where people suggested paying 600+ for this gun is on the steep side. I know HK makes great quality guns but I wanted to get input on a fair street price. I would rather buy locally than online but the online prices I've seen range from 530-700 which is difference but I know I also have to factor shipping and FFL transfer.

$600 new is about the going rate IMO.

The different prices you are seeing may have to do with what version of the gun is being offered. There is a V1 and V3 model which have to do with the triggers and sights offer on each model. This is copied directly from the HK website:
    Available Configurations

    – P30SK 9mm (V1) “light LEM DAO w/two 10rd mags – 730901K A5, MSRP $719

    – P30SK 9mm (V3) DA/SA rear decocking button w/two 10rd mags – 730903K A5, MSRP $719

    – P30SKS 9mm (V3) DA/SA ambidextrous safety lever/rear decocking button w/two 10rd mags 730903KS A5, MSRP $719

    – P30SK 9mm (V1) “light LEM DAO w/three 10rd mags w/night sights – 730901KLE A5, MSRP $819

    – P30SK 9mm (V3) DA/SA rear decocking button w/three 10rd mags w/night sights – 730903KLE A5, MSRP $819

    – P30SKS 9mm (V3) DA/SA ambidextrous safety lever/rear decocking button w/three 10rd mags w/night sights 730903KSLE A5, MSRP $819

    Street prices will be lower.

In my opinion, it'll be hard to beat Cross Creek Gun's prices. Not many in stock right now, but his prices are advertised. I paid just under 600 from him for my V1. It should give you an idea of what you should be able to find.

He has a V3, DA/SA, rear decock button, night sights and 3 mags for $663.50.

Tanners in Bucks County has them on sale this week. I think I saw in the 500 dollar range. Excellent shop, it gets busy, but they do a good job with keeping people happy.

575 at Tanners this week but supplies are limited so if you want one best to call ahead to make sure they're still in stock.
