Thanks all, great info so far. All my guns are in mass, as it was too much hassle to move them to Ny when I went there, and a number of them were illegal under their BS "safe" act, and I had to wait for the permit due to the OC requirements for a permit that they wouldn't budge on. I'll try and get the drivers license etc squared away this week so I can get the ball rolling here. I took this job because they offered me more $$ but being from mass, then moving to Ny…I have a wish list that would make santa cry, but not the funds to match.


Hmmmm save for a down payment on a new car or buy guns…this car has some life left in it…


Any good ranges in the Beth/Allentown/Easton area with rifle pistol and skeet?

Anywhere you stand in the Lehigh Valley there are about 10 gun clubs within 10 miles in every direction. Most municipalities have one, two, or three, and most townships have several. I'm not a skeet guy but I know about Lehigh Valley Sporting Clays. They do, well, sporting clays. I don't use ranges or clubs much so you'll have to keep asking. Clubs tend not to advertise. Ask around or web search 'list of Pennsylvania (or 'Lehigh Valley') gun clubs.'

Make sure you don't bring anything that violates PA gun and magazine restrictions. Like mags that hold less than 30 rounds or guns that are pussified. And if you plan on voting Democrat and turning our Commonwealth into Mass or NY then go back where you came from.

All your current pistols will NOT be in the state police "registry of sale" database that is somehow not exactly a database, but gets used as one regularly.

Some weiner head cops will confiscate a carry pistol that is not in their list until you can prove ownership.
