Why did no one run for Constable in Penn Township on Tuesday?
Does each township usually have a Constable? Is it a full time job? I can't get a lot of info even though I looked around some on chesco.org. Do you get training first or do you get elected then go to training? Who pays for the training? Seems pretty secretive!
