.22 Bolt Action in Bucks County for Hunting?

Hello all.
I've tried searching on both Google and here, but only got vague answers and can't seem to find the truth.

Can I use my old .22LR bolt action to hunt small game in Bucks County? My uncle just bought a bunch of acres in upper Bucks and he said I can use it for deer during the season, or anything else I wish. He also said he has seen quite a bit of fox, so he said I can shoot them too, because he wants chickens.

I've never hunted small game like fox and coyote, so I'm not sure if I can use .22 bolt. I've always been under the impression you can not use a rifle in bucks at all.

Yes, you can use the .22LR bolt action to hunt any game animal that it is legal to hunt with a .22LR bolt action.

You are confused on the Special Regulation Areas, which is, a bit confusing.
They limit your arms for deer and bear hunting, but .22 is fine for small game like squirrels and bunnies.
I don't think a .22 would be very effective against fox or coyote. Your shot placement would have to be very good.
