No USA citizen

So in a couple years (I will be 21-22) I aim to move to pennsylvania and when I do, if possible, I want to own/carry a gun and I was wondering weather I could do this if I just had a green card and just have to go through a lengthy process or would I have to be a citizen? Thanks in preparation!

My wife is a Resident Alien (Norwegian) with her green card and she has had her LTCF for years, they ask for her card info on the application along with the other required info. If you meet the requirements then you shouldn't have a problem.

I have told her for years that I would call La Migra on her but she is not worried. No pics I heard you are into the alternative lifestyle photo shoots Not that there is anything wrong with that DADT has been repealed

i think this is the best first post response ive had on any forum!!

thanks for the info as well it will be one of the first things i will look into when i get there! how would you guys suggest starting? hiring a gun from a range?
