pretty neat to do it as a family.
in the spring the action pistol and cowboy matches start at the Matamoras rod and gun Club. Lots of fun and you get some time in behind your pistols.
This post took me by suprise. I know Philly sucks, but a few weeks for approval in Pike? I did not know that. Also the part about references filling out their forms, wow.

We have to organize and get the counties in line. This blatant inconsistency and making up rules has to stop. In Berks it takes 20 minutes to get your LTCF they ask for two references. They don't make them be in county nor do they call them. They run a pics check then take your picture and make a card up and give it to you.

    Welcome to the site Mark.

Pike Sheriff Bueki isn't same day service. My original took 7 days, renewal took 6 days.

But this thread isn't about LTCF's...

Nat you said six lanes? Maybe if your standing shoulder to shoulder. I guess we'll see when it's done.
That place will be packed all NY/NJ people who have homes up here on the weekends.

That's what I've heard. But you are right it's not gonna be a wide six lanes for sure. Bays may be three feet wide if you're lucky. But still a place to shoot in the winter sounds good to me.

I'll do hot. I don't do snow and cold. Unless my form 4s come back and there is snow on the ground.

No but how will I find my brass? That stuff doesn't grow on trees you know!

Drove by last night and they got a good bit done. They were unloading something. From a flat bed with a forklift when I went through this morning but it was too dark to tell what it was
