They are absolutely swamped with OEM mag orders along with the distributors they supply....it will be at least a 6 week backlog before we can run a GB on mags. They are willing to do a GB on the other small arms items they have. I figured, why not get the ball rolling on this buy and buy the time it rolls around, we will all be pining for the mags.

I won't hear back from them until after Christmas.....
This was my response back in December regarding the buy and when we might be able to start.....nothing has changed.

If you don't like the wait or the way I conduct the GB's, maybe its time you move on. I run a business and have a life outside of the internet........and yes, at times I am late in getting information out from the vendors. If you can do better, go ahead.

Shot show is next week. As I mentioned before, I am meeting with several vendors to discuss group buys for the coming year. Will have something more concrete within the next two weeks.

    Thick skinned.........

One of the issues I am running into with putting buys together is the abundance of buyers in the marketplace willing to pay retail for some of the items I am looking to do GB's on. When everyone is willing to pay retail, there is no incentive from the vendors perspective to reduce the price and sell in volume. The market demand is very strong for optics, mags, armor, and the associated parts and components which make our rifles and pistols unique to us. Obama is doing a good job of promoting our industry.

Do you guys prefer the smoke 30 round mags or the black 30 round mags? Lancer has 250 on hold for us. I think we might need more than that. Please let me know your preference.

    Thanks.
