The concert schedule for Saturday October 17th has been canceled. (Santander Center Reading) Willie is sickly.

I had tix for the show so that sux. I wanted to see the old farts before they drop cuz I'm an old fart and could drop soon.

That's a shame. These guys were outlaws when it could cost you a career and in the end they changed a genre of music. I'm actually surprised many of these guys are even still breathing when you consider their lifestyle back in the day.

I'm pissed as I had tickets as well. Bad sales I would imagine if they did not reschedule. Looking at their tour, we were the only ones in the NE so not sure if they will ever get here again.

I heard this morning Willie had minor surgery and they are trying to reschedule so just wait they already rescheduled 2 other concerts they had planned.

I saw Merle Haggard with Barbara Mandrell once...but I was only about 10 years old, and it was a balcony seat, and I really didn't want to be there at the time....guess I wasn't a music fan back then (early 70s) ... but now would crawl across town to see the Hag...
