Not seeing pictures

I'm not always seeing pictures that are included with posts.

I see almost all but have noticed that some posts have just a small box in lieu of a pik. Not too many but a few. A guess on quantifing is perhaps only a couple of percent.

Have you been looking away, looking away?

I have noticed the same thing on my phone but not the home computer. It might be the way the Pics are being formatted. (if that is the correct term)

If the images are being hosted on ImageShack they might not be appearing consistently. ImageShack reported a major administrative induced "crash" about 2 weeks ago and while they claim things have been restored, I've found it's still not 100% working.

There are times I can't see the picture in a thread. Ususally I can right click on the area where the image and click properties, highlight and copy the address and then paste them in the browser's address bar and enter, showing the image. but sometimes I can't.
