Lower Merion police check card

Since LM is being arrogant with their current lawsuit, I decided to do some digging up on police check fees. They do around 180 a year. I am wondering if anyone would like to get together and see if we can file something with the courts to 1) get our money back 2) enjoin LM from collecting the fee.

Best thing to do is just tell them to eff off and wait the 30 days for your LTCF to return. It's what I did anyways...

I was coming from NY and NJ, so paying $25 wasn't that bad. Plus, I now have standing, should I decide to do something about although I wonder if the statute of limitations is gone for my case.
I'm still not sure if 170 a year is a high number for LM. I am waiting for RTKL from Montco about LTCF by municipality. It should be interesting.
