Yeah, I've pieced together several PSA AR's and have never had any issues. Could always grab it then find a nice lower at the Harrisburg Gun Show in a few weeks - or grab a pistol lower at PSA for $129!

Ordered on Saturday, delivered on Wednesday - nice ! And now I see PSA has a nice pistol lower for $109 so just ordered. So $279 upper with the nibx bcg and charging handle and a complete pistol lower for $109 so total pistol cost $388. How can you go wrong!
Oh, and my Dolce Vita box of cognac, rum and whisky corto's showed up too - I see a nice weekend coming up
