Bloomsburg Fair CC , Mixed answers !

We all have read that the fair had banned all weapons. Google searches show articles that say everything from that the rule was reversed for legal carry, The fair can not stop you and bla bla bla.

I had emailed the fair office and called but was unable to reach a real person. Has any of you been able to contact the fair office and have %100 positive knowledge?

I think that was at the gun show. This was about the fair. If you have any contradictory information than what was posted, this would be the place to share it.

The ND was at a gun show, not the fair. They did consider banning guns at the fair last year. They received a lot of push back and lamented. I remember there was a thread about it, I'll try and find it.

From what I remember, they were asking people not to OC and said they would ask you to cover it if you were. I went last year and CC, no problems. They don't have metal detectors or wands or anything, so they wouldn't know if you concealed anyways.

It was actually 2013 that they tried to ban guns. Last year seems like they didn't even give it a thought.

I went there yesterday. I was CC and there way no one that asked/no signs. I think they were checking bags. I didn't have one so that was a non issue for me, but i think after the backlash that we gave them in 2013 they changed their minds. IIRC that effort was spearheaded by us right here on PAFOA.
