Ryan3, some people prefer to CC, some prefer to OC. Which is best? Well, whatever works for them. Sometimes the situation would recommend CCing as opposed to OCing, maybe, but that depends on a whole gamut of variables.

Are you comfortable with yourself while CCing? Are you comfortable with yourself while OCing? You do what works for you.

As for the OC vs. CC argument, I'm not going anywhere near that discussion.

It's an individual choice.

A lot depends on where your at at the time. I live in Tioga county. Been here 15 years. two negative contacts. Do it in Philly and you will attract cops like flies to stink.
