Any states offering non resident ccw/ltcf that PA will honor?

I am a Philadelphia resident, and would much rather not have Philadelphia be able to revoke my LTCF for something stupid such as parking tickets etc. I know Florida is no longer an option, but are there any states who offer non resident permits that would be valid in PA?

A judge recently wrote a law requiring all PA residents to have LTCF only, licenses from other states will not be honored.

Due to a Superior Court ruling, PA residents must have a PA LTCF.

The only way to undo that ruling is with legislative action because it is long past the limit to appeal to the PA Supreme Court.

Probably not practical, but get the hell outta Philadelphia and move to a PA county that respects your rights more.
As others have said, a PA resident must have a PA license to carry.

Since moving is usually a little involved, go down to the GPU and get your license.
