    Thank you for this post starblazer, I was going to try to figure out how to get that story from the Courier Times on the forum.
    The parents of the thugs pushed really hard to get the victim charged in this case. The facts won the day. We are all very happy for this guy.
    Also, we should be thankful to have DA Gibbons in Doylestown...Mike45

    No problem. I know a few of us were aware of the shooting, but all too often, you never hear the outcome if it's in favor of the shooter.

    Wouldn't it be very easy to establish if Matthew Taylor was in the car when shot as his father claims? I mean. Bullet hole through the windshield and/or seat of the car is kind of hard to miss.

    From what I take of the story, the kids version of events were ever evolving. Only the shooters story remained consistent. I picked up on the same thing you did regarding the car...

    even in cases of non deaths and things like that cops, inestigators and all those other legal persenal really hate stories that change.
