    I hope you are right. The profitability remains to be seen. With the restrictions on transportation and the potential of throngs of people with limited facilities for basic needs may cause many individuals not to come. A number of restaurants and retail stores may be closed, there is talk of the Reading Terminal not opening. The porta-potties will be ripe inside of a short amount of time. There is no guarantee of nice weather. With Philadelphia luck, it will rain all day and the event will be a portrait of over reaction.

    Oh, and as far as Clifton Heights is concerned, why the need for a state of emergency in a place most people can't find anyway.

    It may for Philly. I'm not sure for Clifton Heights (or any other surrounding city/town).
