Do they even know how he acquired the gun yet, before trying to get people to hop on the bus for more gun laws?

From what little I've heard, his former employer (the station that employed the dead reporter & cameraman) fired him because he was dangerously crazy, yet they never told the cops, so I doubt that he had a mental health prohibitor. Just like that Aurora clown who was kicked out of the university because all the professors knew he was a psycho, but nobody ever told the cops.

The solution may be for employers and schools and family members to try to get help for the obviously-nuts. Because in the absence of a formal commitment, the only thing that would have stopped this guy from LEGALLY obtaining a handgun would have been to ban all sales of handguns to everyone, and even then, he'd have had to resort to buying one legally. we banned all sales of heroin and crack and meth, and people seem to be able to get it anyway, so banning all guns wouldn't have stopped this guy.

No, in a display of mental illness, the DNC is arguing that this guy shooting a 9mm pistol less than half a dozen times, is proof that we have to ban scary-looking rifles, and magazines that hold over 10 rounds, and impose waiting periods that would not have stopped him, and mandatory reporting of lost/stolen guns that are irrelevant, and mandatory registration, and all the other usual nonsense. Because apparently, to be a Democrat these days, you have to undergo some sort of lobotomy that prevents you from starting with a premise and reaching a related conclusion. They deal in non sequiturs and pretend that they are speaking profound words.

Now they say everyone needs to go through a mental health check to purchase a gun.
I want to have that job.
And how does that make you feel???

Ain't that the truth. Brainwashing is as powerful as a lobotomy evidently.

The guy wrote in his manifesto/suicide note that he bought it legally, 2 days after the South Carolina church shooting.

    Liberal logic:

White person kills black person = blame racism
Black person kills white person = blame the gun
The USA is now a banana republic. Only without the bananas....or the Republic.
