OC Shop- Rite Bethlehem Township

Shop - Rite just opened a new store on Freemansburg Ave off Rt 33. I always shop at Wegmans but I only needed a few items so I decided to check it out. No sign on front door about firearms, stopped at front deck to sign up for shoppers card, nothing was said about OC. Looked around the new store for about 40 min. no problems. Prices seem higher than Wegmans but I expected that. They did have a few things that Wegmans doesn't carry so I might go back. Just thought I would let anyone in the area know.

I shop at SR Brodheadsville every week and nobody bats an eye. Keep in mind most SR are owned by individuals. Mine is owned by the Kinsley family and they are pretty redneck, good people.

Same positive at SR in Mt Pocono,Even once approached by two Ladys when I was shopping with the wife and they said We are going to shop in the store where you are because we would feel safe.That was one of the best compliments ever ! And yes their prices are higher but quality of meats are better Giant same positives and even higher prices than SR.You had a good O/C experience ! +1, MDT

My wife is there at least 3 times a week and I get am typically there every Saturday never an issue with open carry even with a Glock 17. Store manager is a really nice guy going to assume he is one of the owners or family members.

Shop Rite here in Somewhere, PA (Souderton area) has never been an issue with OC for me.

Shoprite in East Stroudsburg and Mount Pocono, Giant Tannersville, Weis, Wegmans....Have never had a problem.

Wegmans > Shoprite. At least in terms quality and cleanliness
