Where to buy NEW guns in Stroudsburg Area?
Looking to buy new hand guns. Used to buy at Weavers on 715 but he's closed down. Any suggestions beside "Mr. Expensive" Dunkelberger? Also is there any legal online sites with good prices?

Try Buds for online firearms purchases, lots of people are happy with buds prices and service. Lots of new firearms on gunbroker.com, guns America and Google CDNN and get on there mailing list. They have sales on a regular basis and seND alerts to your email address. If you're willing to drive about a hour towards Philadelphia you can checkout tanners, classic pistol, surplus city, American arms and ammo, quinbys and claytons.

Dunks has really good sales and prices are negotiable. The Armory in Kresgeville. Gary's Bow Shack in Saylorsburg. Jake's in Nazareth. Meyer's in Point Phillips.
I think a couple guys here have shops near Tannersville.

IMHO the Armory is the place to go. Dunks is okay (Stroudsburg store only) but I've had problems there as well. Jere Dunkleberger hates his customers and gives no F's about whether or not the gun he's selling you is in working order. You can definitely get a better deal from the Armory (bring cash) than you can anywhere else in the area unless you go online. There's also a new store called "JMAG Arms and defense". Last time I was there the guy hadn't yet gotten his FFL but I'm sure he's got it now. Again, I've never actually bought anything at JMAG but the gentleman that owns the stores was personable when I spoke to him so I'd be willing to give it a shot.

Racingfast is a member here who has a FFL out of his home in Cresco I have had good dealings with him and he can get you a price on anything new and often has a good amount of used in stock he is good people goes by http://gallagherguns.com/.
If your willing to drive a bit Eastern arms in Albrightsville did right by me several times. I would also highly recommend AF Boyers Hardware and guns in Slatington and Advanced Arms in Pittston both have great people working there AA has much more in stock. Tip with Boyers is to try and go during the week the gun section is tight and the weekends can be mobbed.
Boyers is listed on Gallery of guns(Davidsons) and they always have the lowest prices sometimes by $50.00 plus. I live outside of Broadsheadville and I don't shop at any of the LGS's on 209 their prices are way too high and neither have ever been willing to budge on prices, and I have been given bogus information more then once which is why I found myself driving a bit further but in the end got a lot more in every way.
Hopefully J-Mag can get my business if they ever get their FFL.
