Re: Mandatory Report of Lost or Stolen Firearm
A free people should not be compelled by law under risk of punishment, to do things in their private life which a government entity suddenly deems to be utterly necessary. In general, my freedom to act and behave as I wish in my personal affairs trumps government's idea of how I need to act and behave. With obvious exceptions, my decision whether or not to invite law enforcement into my life is my decision and my business. Laws such as this can only be used for nefarious reasons against otherwise law abiding citizens.

Rules are written in the stone,
Break the rules and you get no bones,
all you get is ridicule, laughter,
and a trip to the house of pain.
