Need a Pennsylvania 2A Lawyer
Any suggestions would be helpful. I am looking for a knowledgeable 2A lawyer in the Scranton/Pocono region. The lawyer or firm also has to be able to handle routine family matters (i.e. trusts & estates, social security, real estate etc.). Thanks in advance.

Re: Need a Pennsylvania 2A Lawyer
If you are an NRA member, you could check with them.
From the NRA-ILA website:
https://www.nraila.org/articles/2011...rney-referrals
NRA-ILA maintains a list of attorneys who have identified themselves as willing to consider cases involving NRA members. Referrals are available free of charge to NRA members only. If a referral is given, the member must negotiate fees and arrangements with the attorney directly. By providing referrals, we are not endorsing or recommending any attorney on the list for any purpose -- the attorneys on the list have simply asked to be placed on our list but have not been vetted by NRA-ILA. For assistance in obtaining a referral please call (703) 267-1161.

Re: Need a Pennsylvania 2A Lawyer
USCCA [ www.usconcealedcarry.com ] lists 15 or 20 lawyers in PA. I'd include a list but it's under "members" section. These are probably defense lawyers but they may also be engaged in or know of 2A civil rights attorneys.

Joshua Prince....Prince Law......they are not located in Poconos, but I can't imagine they would not be capable of handling your affairs from anywhere in PA....He is one of the best out there. Period!

Two of you are responding to a post from August. I hope he is not still looking for an attorney!
While many claim to support the right, precious few support the practice.
