Makes you wonder where the punishment is.
I think it's a Chicago prision, haven't been able to confirm that.
Way better than the places I had while in college.
Work harder, millions on welfare & in prision depend on you.

Its a prison in Austria.The first vehicles normally on the scene of a crime are ambulances and police cruisers. If you are armed you have a chance to decide who gets transported in which vehicle, if you are not armed then that decision is made for you.
