This entire situation is very strange to me. The Sheriff in Lackawanna county is extremely pro 2a. He even offered to sign my ATF Form 1 eithout an issue at all . . .

Printers now come from the state. Must have to wait for PennDOT to wear them out first.

Stuff like this is why I renew at least two months prior to expiration. With low cost of Pa permit losing a few months is next to nothing.
