    Default Altoona Curve

Anyone know what the policy is at Peoples Natural Gas Field for Altoona Curve games? Anyone have experience carrying there? Do they wand?

    Thanks

Been to 2 games a couple years ago. No wands or detectors at that time. If you had a duffel bag they either took a very quick peek inside or just patted the sides ........... think looking for smuggled beer is what they were mildly concerned with.
Don't recall if they had a no gun sign or not.

    From their website:

    Prohibited Items

Prohibited items at the ballpark include but are not limited to: weapons of any kind, laser pointers, air-powered noisemakers and profane or offensive language.

So, when I find someone's language offensive, then they have to leave? Some people offend me just by breathing, let alone speaking, so this seems somewhat difficult to implement.

    My 2¢

Probably depends on the skin color of those involved.

When the places are paying minimum wage and the lines are long, I think most guards don't wand down to the ankles, don't do thorough bag searches, and don't pay much attention to what's in your outstretched hands along with your phone and keys. At least that's what I've seen around various Pittsburgh events.

Unless things have changed , with all the empty seats I seen and hear about , you'd think they'd let anyone in.
I had 2 free tickets is why I went , don't even know who was who , not much into spectator sports.
I know , turn in my man card. i just don't see any entertainment in it for me.
Turn that ball field into a Hogans Ally type of place and then you'd have something.
    Or a big fishing pond..........................

Any updates for 2017? Wands? Pat downs? Body cavity searches?
