Going to look at a Smith Wesson 357 Mag Penna State Police Comm Edition K frame from 1980. 4 inch, blued. Gun has been shot 2-3 times. And is about 95-98 % .. Comm box is a bit nicked up, I only saw this thur pictures. Going to see it today.

Was wondering what a fair offer would be.

If I wanted the revolver and it is in the condition stated, I think $650 is a good price. You could try to get him down on it but $650 does not sound too bad. That is if you want it as a shooter and not a collectible.
