    Article about open carry I stumbled across. This is not mine in any way I just wanted to share with my fellow people.

    Well, I thought it was a fairly concise summary of the general wisdom that I've observed from this forum. Is it legal to open carry? Yes. Might one be hassled for doing so? Also (unfortunately) Yes.
    From one who has CC'd since I legally could, but is actively preparing to OC - and in Philadelphia no less - I found the article to be a good reminder of the realities which may result from OC that one can expect to face, and suggestions of how to deal with the situation, nothing of which I hadn't previously read in some thread on this forum. Nevertheless, I found the article to be realistic and insightful.
