You would be surprised how many knuckleheads have asked me why I haven't put a back up gun on my crutches, lots of jokes after 4 months on them. Definitely takes some.getting used to for where I carry. And being aware of my surroundings much more than usual.

There have been lots of gun stores robbed during broad daylight, and in some cases the workers got into a shootout with the perp. Sometimes they won, sometimes they lost, sometimes both lost. I was sitting in a police station one day when the bank, directly across the street, with a police cruiser sitting in the bank's parking lot got robbed. Criminals are far from the super genius types you see on TV.
