Default Glock 21 Gen 4 Failure to feed

Have an issue with the above gun. Seems like the slide gets "stuck" when pulling back the slide. Almost as if the slide release engages even though there are rounds in the magazine. The rounds dont even get pushed out of the magazine. Anyone have a problem like this?

    Slide stop lever.

Your description is ambiguous. Can you give a little more detail as in does this happen when you fire it or is it happening when you hand cycle? Don't understand what you're asking about the rounds don't get pushed out of the magazine.

BCM and Glock...for a bigger pile of 'cold dead hands' brass.

With a loaded magazine the gun acts as if the magazine is empty when pulling back the slide. Its as if the slide release catches it and keeps it from loading the round.

Can you see if the slide stop lever is actually being pushed up into the notch on the slide when you pull the slide back? Also, with the slide off the frame, pick up on the slide stop lever and see if it snaps back down. If it doesn't your spring may be to blame. A new slide stop lever and spring is cheap...about $11. Also look to see if the ammo is tagging the slide stop lever from the inside. Without seeing it, it's hard to know. Does is do it with the other mags?

I had a problem with the ammo failing to eject with my Nano. I also was using federal 115 grain ammo. I had heard that the Nano was designed for cartridges more powerful than 115 grain. I went through 100 rounds using PMC 115 grain ammo and had no problem. I think you should try different ammo or a more powerful cartridge.

Think I got it fixed, disassembled and reassembled and it is working. I bent out the spring a little bit on the slide release lever.

Cool. Keep in mind that 'bend' now creates a weak spot in the spring. It could fail on you, again (and likely) at some point. Might be a good idea to replace it. The STL and spring come together and you'd replace both. As said...it's cheap; about $11.
