Does a drug paraphernalia charge prohibit you from owning a firearm
I was just wondering if a drug paraphernalia charge would prohibit me from owning a firearm or get ltcp? I was over the age of 18. I understand the mistakes ive made and i have been clean since 2008. If some one could help i would greatly appreciate it.

It is the conviction that counts, not the charge. What exactly was your conviction?
While many claim to support the right, precious few support the practice.

Depending on grading of conviction, you might be able to own. You will be barred from obtaining an LTCF by statute. I know a few guys who aren't prohibited but cannot obtain an LTCF.
Were you actually convicted? Or did you complete ARD?

^^^This.
You may have been eligible for ARD, but too late now if you actually pled guilty to the charge, and were convicted.
LTCF in Pa will not happen without a pardon.
Ownership probably not an issue, but need to know exactly what the maximum sentence could have been, not what you received.FUCK BIDEN

Re: Does a drug paraphernalia charge prohibit you from owning a firearm
None of my convictions had a over a one year sentence they were one year max. I got introuble twice in two months. None of my misdemeanors had to do with domestic volience. I just got caught up in the wrong crowd and now i have a family i would like to protect.

The people here can guide you, but you must put the 5 minutes of effort in looking up your actual specific charge online and pasting it here.
