I recently acquired a Remington 700 that was a home gunsmithing project gone bad. The previous owner had broken off a tap in the action while trying to open up the holes for larger screws for a scope mount. Since this was beyond what I was capable of fixing at home, I took the rifle and mount to Village arms to have them sort everything out. The staff there was very polite and the process of taking in the project was easy.

Less than a week later they returned my rifle in less than the time estimated. The work that they performed was top notch and very reasonably priced.

I also took a look at their firearms while I was there and they have expanded their selection since the last time I stopped in about a year back.

If you're looking to have some work done to your guns and you're in the area, I would highly recommend Village Arms.
