http://www.timesleader.com/news/news/153799719/
WILKES-BARRE — A Hazleton couple has filed a civil rights action against their home city and several of its police officers.
George and Tina Irizarry in a 10-count complaint allege violations of their rights to be free from unreasonable searches, excessive force, malicious prosecution and of their ability to speak without fear of retaliation.
I have never heard of these people. Which may or may not be odd. But I do know of someone who regularly OC's in Hazleton every day.troll Free. It's all in your mind.
