    Default Gunsmith near Philly

Looking for a gunsmith to set a Trijicon RMR into a Glock slide, anyone had it done in the area?

Lock's gunsmith only comes in once or twice a month and is usually behind in work.. He's an older guy that lives in NJ somehwere. As much as I love Locks I'd say look around for someone else.

I tried Classic Pistol , they said no gunsmithing at all.
I've heard about Locks backlog from everyone I asked.
I gave up trying to find someone in the area and sent it off to http://www.fortiusarms.com/, so I guess I'll give an update when it gets back.

What do you consider "near Philly"?
I do sight installs for $10.00- and do them right before your very eyes.

I wanted to have the slide milled to set an Rmr into it.
And I figure like two hours drive-ish.
I mostly wanted to start feeling out a local gunsmith for some of the things I can't do.
Fortius is in Erie, but the gunsmith is the guy that answered the phone so at least I can talk directly to him.

#3 posts above, CDI. Great guy to have work done by. He has done a few jobs for me and I couldn't be happier with his work. I've sent a friend of mine to him too, same results. As long as he is around, any work I need will go to him.

Sean has done a number of custom sights for me which required working outside the box -custom setups on guns for which no aftermarket sights are available. Each job required milling existing sight cuts to change them to whatever crazy setups I wanted to use on a particular custom pistol that I was building. Always professional and will get your job done right!
