You should have the same rep as before. There was always a difference of a couple decimal places between the displayed rep and the "actual" rep, it's just more obvious than before when you look at the rep screen.

Member location doesn't show up by their name anymore... Is that by design? I used to be able to tell which part of the state people were from if they chose to share that info.

Apparently the only way to view this now is by going to an individual's profile page and clicking on "about me"

This should be fixed now. I forgot to default everyone's theme to the "vB4 PAFOA Style" which includes all of the old functional template changes.

If you still do not see location information on people's posts, scroll to the bottom and find the dropdown that let's you choose your style and change it to "vB4 PAFOA Style"

Thank you for all the hard work you put into this place, Dan. I should probably get around to purchasing a subscription since I'm not broke anymore. This place has been a great resource for me, and I've often used links to here to educate people elsewhere.
