Is there a way to remove all of the user birthdays from the calendar, so the (remaining) events are easier to identify?

For anyone that missed it, like me, if you select Calendar from the top menu, it'll take you to the General Calendar. Off to the right hand side at the top of the calendar is the Calendar Picker so you can chose the various other calendars.

I dislike that we had to do it this way, but it was the only functionality that I was completely unable to port over from the vB3->vB4 upgrade.
Then I would prefer that you just get rid of the calendar and re-open the forums. The calendar doesn't allow for discussion of the events.

This is a potential option we can explore. I was able to make the upgrade largely without affecting functionality, but the way calendars worked was an unfortunate casualty.

Are they going to come back in some sort of updated form?

Keep up the great work, classifieds are harder to read through now compared to th last. Is that going change moving forward?

    I have deployed a PAFOA-branded version of the vB4 theme ...

Ditto. Overall, the site is in great shape, but it could use a couple of tweaks - the text is definitely harder to read than the old version. And the new, tiny emoticons suck.

Ditto! It would be really nice to just be able to scroll down the page and see all the (sub)forums.

Is the EVENT board locked? I can't post to Gunshows. It was OK on Sunday 5/31
