Mauser C-96
Just got this back after a two year restoration. Barrel reline, and repair the the bolt stop area. It shoots as good as it looks. Complex action, but the only screw used is for the grips.

Nice. I remember when I was a kid you'd hear about and see these much more often but not as much these days.

That is a beautiful job. Who did the work?

Re: Mauser C-96
Eugene Golubtsov, Luger Man, Inc. did the restoration. Very nice work, but slow. Shot the C96 today with 7.62X25 Mauser (Fiottchi), 1600 FPS average. Also shot my CZ-52, with 7.62X25 Tokarev (Sellier & Bellot), 1800 FPS average.
Both pistols need a little trigger work, the Mauser is the worst of the two, but both look easy to smooth and lighten up.Ken

Simply gorgeous...
Always wanted one of these along with a P-08 and 1928 Tommy Gun. Love these old classics.
