Introduction area?

I think we need an area for new members to introduce themselves. There seems to be alot of new members making a first post on here before we know who they are.

Stickies don't count. there's a saying: "If you want to hide something on a forum, make it a sticky"

I mean an area especially for new members to introduce themselves. One they'll see when they are scanning through the different sections on this forum.

If you have a post count of 0 there is a big message at the top of every page directing you to that thread. I don't really think this needs its own section.
