    Default Xtreme bullets, 115gr 9mm

I've just cracked open these from an order I placed in 2013. As a QC I checked several of the bullets for weight and found the average of the 40-50 I tested to be 113.9gr, only 1 in 20 are 115gr. My go-to for years has been Berrys and they are spot on .

Has anyone noticed this with Xtreme? I guess 1% off is not bad.

About as good as it gets for plated.
Unless you shoot over 100 yards, it just doesn't matter anyway.

Second this. I've weighed some and they all came out to within 1gr of the advertised weight. For plinkers, it won't matter.
I'm only here for the wood c-rings.

It does if you try and use them to make power factor

    That's cutting PF pretty fine.
Since you weighed them, sort them, and work up a 0.1gn powder adjustment as "needed."

Yea I weighed 40-50 out of a 1000...these will just be plinkers, however my berry's and precision delta's are right on. My main point was to see if anyone else that uses these have such deviation from 115gr, apparently I got the only lot of 113-114gr bullets.

You won't even notice that deviation in weight shooting a 9mm pistol. Maybe in a match rifle at 200-300+ yards.

What kind of groups can you shoot at 25 yards with your best ammo? Are these "mismatched plinking" rounds any worse?
