A lot of people talk shit, but for some reason there are some cops that all talk a special kind of shit. They'll say any ridiculous thing they want about what you should do or what they would do if they are on the job. I guess they are just so used to no little people challenging them that they lose their composure over time and just start saying whatever they feel like at the moment.

I said I would not and he didn't like my answer too much. Another guy said he would always tell a cop during a traffic stop he was armed. I said I would not. The cop said if I or any other cop saw your gun I would have their gun pointed at my head and they would be very upset that I did not inform them that I was carrying. I have spoken to many cops and this is only the third one that lets the uniform go to his head. They are supposed to uphold the law not make up their own laws according to their beliefs. I had a cop give me his yearly oc training manual. They all know the law but some still think they are above it.
Just another ass with an opinion and a badge to push his agenda. Don't care how long he was a cop. It took him 20 years to not learn the laws.

I met two younger guys shooting one day at Toby, both said they were cops. I asked them their thoughts on civilians carrying and both said they were in favor. I asked them how to handle a stop if I was CC'ing, both were in favor of a calm presentation of my LTCF and DL, neither had any issues with that.

Maybe they were both too young to be jaded yet, but they seemed to be cool with the whole idea.

I guess I'm lucky that I've never run into a LEO that was full of him/herself, yet,
My goal in Life is to become the kind of problem that people throw money at.

I'd have to say that most of the police folk I've run across seemed like good people.

The biggest lying asshats I've delt with were all in Jersey.

    Go figga.

It depends. Changing our minds is a Civilian's Prerogative. Try to keep up.

Tyler, 48, had a concealed-carry permit, but his handgun was plainly visible that night in his holster, Johnson said.

“The suspects walk in and one immediately reached for Mr. Tyler’s gun,” Johnson said. Tyler did not draw his weapon
