If you haven't purchased them yet look for the thicker .047 pins. This prevents two pins from getting stuck in the flash holes. I have the thinner .040-.041 pins and it happens almost every time to a handful of cases. I've SS tumbled thousands of cases so far and other than that it's great. I will eventually get rid of the smaller pins and get the thicker ones.

Yep magnetic. Keep a decent magnet on hand. If you ever drop some you'll know why. Check inside brass also after dried. I simply flip each case over and give a tap on the bench prior to loading. Don't like the idea of some steel going down the barrel. Straight wall cases have been ok, but have dropped some out of bottlenecks.
It ain't what they call you, it's what you answer to.

I use a round flat speaker magnet inside the bottom of a plastic 1lb coffee can.

Use it to pick up the pins and then just pull the magnet from the bottom to let the pins fall off.

I'd love to use these, but I do not need 15 lbs.
I've only got a little 3 lb rock tumbler so I wouldn't need more than a pound.
Has anyone seen sources for small quantities?

    Eta.
I see they have a 2 lb bag for $19.95 but the shipping starts at $10.50
