    Default Pheonix arms...

I just found a Phoenix model HP22A to take to the range when my friends wanna come.. Its $130 NIB.. Anyone ever use one or anything from Phoenix? I'd prefer them to buy .22 ammo to use since its cheap... Otherwise I'm getting a used hi-point...

I've heard some good and some bad things about them. I wouldn't pay 130 dollars for one. Save a little more and you can get a Heritage Single Action Revolver that also comes with a .22 Magnum cylinder. Or, you can find a SW22 semi-auto for under 200. There are a few others, NEF revolvers, Beretta NEOS if you can find a used one.

    Here are just some examples.

I have been looking, reading about the Pheonix .22 for a few months.
Gun-Test give it a outstanding report and many who own it, love it.
( something about the spring could be improved) But the quality of the little gun, for the price is a great surprise.
Anyway, I'll be looking for it at the next gun show (Harrisburg or York)
For about $140 you just can't go wrong.

JIMENEZ is Pheonix from what I understand. The HP22 is a good little gun. I can't say anything about the rest, I only have what the OP is looking at.
